JOB SUMMARY
To ensure team’s achievement of monthly departmental and overall cash collection targets.
Collection of overdue accounts with efficiency.
To develop a good business relationship with a variety of customers and to assist in resolving any problems they may have with their accounts using the resources available.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
