This is a key role for our client, as you will be responsible for overseeing all specific ink room operations in order to meet tight customer deadlines, ensuring all customer requirements are met. The successful candidate will be required to undertake the following key duties;
- Strong team management and motivation skills.
- Effective project management skills e.g – Six Sigma
- Planning shifts and arranging cover.
- General in plant duties.
- Manage stock effectively.
- Monitor and meet all KPIs agreed for the account with the customer.

Experience of technical problem solving and inplant systems and procedures alongside a good knowledge of dispense and colour management equipment would be preferable however is not essential.

Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager, South West. Zest Medical Healthcare Sales Recruitment is seeking to recruit a Contact Lens Sales Representative for a market leading healthcare manufacturer.
An opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join a market leading Healthcare company as a Contact Lens Sales representative covering the South West region.
Our client have a well-established brand in the UK market and are looking to build on their rich heritage through the recruitment of a talented Business Development Manager to meet their business growth and development objectives by successfully implementing sales strategies within the designated territory. You will be required to help maintain growth of specialist optical products (Contact Lenses) to retail outlets in the South West regions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining growth of the client's optical products to both existing and potential customers to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded. Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate an ambitious career development history and a desire to continue with this development.
It is necessary that applicants are educated to Degree Level standard (or equivalent) in a relevant business discipline. You will have a proven track record in sales ideally from a structured sales background within the Healthcare Consumables market, FMCG or Pharmaceutical sales. A flexible approach and excellent communication skills will enable you to adapt and be reactive to business needs. A proven sales approach is essential alongside strong field-based territory/account management and analysis skills.
