Technical Author - Online documentation, Author-IT, home working potential
Our client is a market leader in SaaS resource management solutions. They need a Technical Author with experience designing creative online help and the capability to provide information to users in modern and innovative ways.
As a member of the User Information Team, you will be responsible for producing quality multi-lingual user information to support their product solutions in a timely manner. You will propose, define and develop new ways of providing information to users for both new and existing products, while following defined procedures and standards to ensure the consistency of this information.
In addition you should have experience of:
• Author-IT, ideally including Author-IT Localisation Manager and Administrator experience, or FrameMaker
• RoboHelp
• Word
• HTML
• XML
A competitive salary and benefits package is offered along with 3-days per week home working after an initial induction period.
