RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Development and maintenance of the H&S Management and Reporting System
* Responsible for the H&S of all personnel on site and ensuring awareness of H&S issues
* Ensuring requirements are always met
* Safety inspections on equipment and processes
* Authorising the use of safety equipment
* Compile specific reports
* Carry out risk assessments and routine inspections on site
* Ensure site compliance with current legislation and implement any new legislations
* Site support for all H&S issues
* Monitor and control legal updates of H&S
* Provide professional H&S support for the management team and all other employees
* Keep accurate records of incidents and accidents
* Carry out fire drills
* Carry out incident investigations on site and produce subsequent reports and any recommendations

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Fault-finding and repair of complex circuits to component level.
- Development of internal processes to improve efficiencies and comply with company quality standards.
- Carry out testing to company test procedures
- Prepare test results and fault reports as required
