Our client is a leading franchise motor dealership based in Hertfordshire who are looking to recruit an outstanding Motor Sales Executive to complete their sales team, and here at Sturnwood Recruitment we are working exclusively with them to find the perfect candidate for this excellent opportunity.
We are looking for someone with excellent knowledge of the vehicle industry and a passion for exceeding customer’s expectations. You will have a proven track record within motor sales, both new & used and you will be experienced within a main dealership.
You will need to have a ‘yes we can’ attitude and be willing to adapt and improve. A person who is not going to accept failure and is focussed, flexible, target driven and with a passion for excellent customer service.
With this is mind we are looking for a hungry self starter. The ability to communicate well at all levels is required, someone with excellent people skills with proven abilities to spot opportunities with potential new customers.
This should be a highly successful & lucrative role for the right person as this is a strong brand. In return my client offers excellent earning potential, including a basic salary of £13,000 with an OTE of circa £50k & a company vehicle.
