We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Senior QS for our Client, a leading Social Housing Developer with a new contract to start April/May in Bournemouth. They need a strong candidate who is capable of running a large social housing project. Ideal Candidate will be QS with at least 6 -8 yrs experience. Experience in large multi-million pound building schemes is essential for this position. You will ideally be degree qualified with a BSc in Quantity Surveying. This role would make an ideal opportunity for those seeking a challenging and varied working environment, and you will be working to assist Project Managers in all aspects of pre and post-contract duties including preparation of contract documents, processing contractor payments and agreeing final accounts.
