Storesman/Storekeeper require to perform on-site supply support activities including:
Warehousing,
Inventory control,
Stock management,
Packaging and transportation,
Import and Export documentation control.
The appointed individual will work directly with the customer at various seniority levels on a daily basis as well as coordinate effectively and efficiently with the supply team at the various main operating bases.
Will use computer based inventory management tools to research, enter, track, monitor and coordinate customer material and delivery requirements and process material returned from customers.
Will process documentation associated with receipt, issue, import and export activities for specific and common components.
Will assist in maintaining internal/external
supplier/customer interface with regular communication.
Candidates must have demonstrated successful experience working with computerised supply support systems in a direct customer relationship.
Knowledge of spares and supply support processes
and procedures. Work may include out of normal working hours, weekends, and holidays.

ITIL Process Analyst
You will be responsible for defining and implementing ITIL processes and procedures for a newly created IT function in the UK (part of a major multi-mational organization).
The ITIL Process Analyst will work with partners and internal process owners to define a suitable set of ITIL processes and procedures to be implemented across the new operation. They will ensure that the proposed processes are fit for purpose and meet the needs of the business and customers.
They will be responsible for end-to-end implementation of the defined processes in conjunction with the process owners, including training of the technical & operational teams in how the processes should be applied and utilised. The ITIL Process Analyst will be heavily involved in process evolution, to develop and implement a continual service improvement cycle across all operational processes within the team.
Skills required include:
• ITIL Managers Qualification - essential (foundation is acceptable)
• Experience in implementation and ownership of ITIL processes
• Knowledge of how complex IT / Network systems are run and managed
• Experience of working with multinational customers in a multinational environment
• Ability to identify problems and work to resolution (see things through) and motivate others to complete tasks on time.
• Excellent communication skills (written / verbal)
• Methodical & organised approach
• Self-starter, with strong project management and planning capabilities.
Duties will include:
• Drive business change and enhance business efficiency through the implementation of efficient ITIL based processes and industry best practices.
• Work with process owners to define and document and implement ITIL processes and procedures that are required (process flow swim diagrams, context diagrams, SIPOC charts and written procedures).
• Perform process mapping using process modeling and analysis concepts and techniques.
• Provide input to internal team structures in order to align these with new ITIL processes.
• Provide training and coaching to technical teams on how processes should be defined and implemented.
• Building and maintaining relationships with colleagues to encourage development of a quality management and continuous improvement culture, and driving integration between IT and with other departments.
• Coordinate testing and audit of new ITIL processes being implemented.
• Monitor and develop processes to ensure ongoing business improvements and service continuity.
• Take the lead in ensuring our readiness for both internal and external (ISO) quality audits.
• Liaise closely with the Quality Department and Client Enterprise teams to ensure comprehensive management of our compliance status.
• Maintain latest knowledge on process and international standards frameworks.
Essential skills and experience:
• Ability to articulate industry best practises in IT process management.
• SC clearance, or ability and willingness to obtain MoD clearance.
Preferred experience:
• Defence experience, and experience of defining and implementing Information Security processes (ISO27001).
• Experience of conducting internal process and quality audits.
