Initially this is being offered on a Temporary to Permanent basis, with an immediate start available (interviews will be held though, due to the seniority of the position).

My client is seeking an experienced PA to support two Directors whom work "Chalk & Cheese" to one-another. So the ability to run full steam with one - keeping him organised, where he should be when he should be there, accommodation and travel arrangements organised in advance and armed with all the information he may require is a must (approx 80% of his workload is extensive/complex diary management - Outlook). The other Director is a little more self-sufficient and quite IT savvy, so he's looking for someone with excellent PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills to compliment his abilities whilst providing PA duties; organising meetings, appointments, dictation, etc...

You will have strong commercial PA/Secretarial skills (including either shorthand or speedwriting for dictation at meetings), audio typing skills, as well as the ability to be strong (but not bossy) when you need to gather more information to get a timescale met, train tickets booked, documents/report information gathering for board meetings, etc.. regularly at the last minute.

There are 2 other PA's who work in your department, and you'll have to be happy with fitting into an existing team, and be prepared to roll up your sleeves and muck in when they have deadlines, etc.. as this has resulted in duplicate levels of service for all senior management/clients.

The contracted office hours are Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm (however, there are periods of the month/year when additional hours will be required). The company offer free parking & excellent benefits package.
The annual salary is c£25-30,000 - however, whilst temping you will receive an hourly rate between £14.00 - £16.50 depending on experience.

Using your estimating experience gained from a Vehicle Accident Management environment, you’ll be joining an established team with this leading Fleet Management Company in Thames Ditton. This position has arisen, due to the current AME relocating out of the area.

With a C&G or equivalent NVQ qualifications in a motor vehicle related subject, you’ll be called upon to audit estimates submitted through Audatex with a focus on repair method, cost control, vehicle downtime and client procedures.

Successfully handling the associated administration within the Accident Management department accurately and in accordance with
quality procedures and insurance industry standards.

You’ll also be called upon to provide expert assistance/support for all areas of the business that inter-act with the department.
