The role will involve handling high volume telephone calls and discusing the mortgage needs of prospective house purchasers and giving advice.
This is a busy role and would suit someone who has a positive, hard working attitude and a flexible approach to working hours. You must have experience of sales as you will be targeted and need to be driven and motivated.
The role will require you to work shifts between 9am -8pm and working every other weekend. You must also be able to drive with own transport due rural location of the office.

ICT Compliance Manager
Job Description
Core Role Responsibilities
The position of ICT Compliance Manager reports to the Head of ICT Operations, EMEA and is based at the Birmingham, office.
Working in conjunction with the Head of ICT Operations, EMEA, the Head of Business Solutions Group, EMEA and the ICT Director, EMEA, the ICT Compliance Manager will have a (predominantly UK) role to ensure that the business can achieve a compliant scenario in all ICT related issues, both internally and externally.
This is a key position involving not only technical skills but, a high level of communications with both internal and external parties. Any applicant therefore needs to be comfortable with all aspects of the role, which can be summarised as follows :
• Maintain an awareness of the legal, regulatory and client driven compliance environment in which our business operates.
• Working in conjunction with the Head of ICT Operations, EMEA, the ICT Director, EMEA and the Head of Business Solutions Group, EMEA formulate solutions that facilitate a response to identified/defined ICT compliance issues.
• Undertake ongoing audit to verify the full and effective operation of the ICT compliance regime in operation.
• Liaise with senior managers within ICT and elsewhere within the business around ICT compliance issues.
• Participate in communications with clients around ICT compliance matters.
• Maintain awareness of Business Continuity programme and role within it.
Key Skills (Technical)
• Good understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley Act and other legislation, regulation and market dynamics and its application within ICT Departments.
• Ability to identify key controls and document processes to ensure that they meet the necessary compliance regime.
• Ability to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of systems and controls.
• Experience in creating test plans and undertaking testing of controls.
• Experience in maintenance of documentation.
• Experience liaising with relevant Managers/Staff regarding SOX needs.
• Experience in design/implementation and application of Change Control Processes/Procedures.
Key Skills (Non-Technical)
• Good inter-personal and analytical skills, self-motivated with an ability to multi-task numerous issues at once and possessing good verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work both individually and in a team-oriented environment, cooperatively with many parties to meet a common objective.
• Able to handle complex problems in their area and use the experience of others to deal with integration issues.
