The Sous chef must have worked with a hotel environment before and be able to produce food to a high standard. The right candidate must have the ability to motivate the lower ranking chefs and be prepared to bring flair and enthusiasm to the kitchen.

Minimum 3 days per week - Salary - negotiable
This stunning 110 bedroom hotel is part of a small branded group and is situated in a prime location close to Croydon Town Centre. It is part of a small expanding group of hotels and they have recently undergone an extensive refurbishment. They are now looking for a strong H R Co-ordinator to assist the General Manager with the control of wages, processing of payroll and other HR related functions.
The right candidate must be an HR professional, dedicated to the role, have a passion for working with people, a positive enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn. Good organisational skill and exceptional attention to detail is also required as is a flexible attitude to hours of work as occasional weekend working may be required. Experience in a similar position, ideally from a hotel background, is essential. Your hours of work and salary are negotiable depending on experience and capability.

They are offering an exciting opportunity to work alongside a growing property and lettings management business, which exclusively manages and lets a growing portfolio of apartment blocks located in Central London.

Primary duties will include:
• Lettings and negotiations (a proven track record is essential.)
• This will include; internet marketing, sourcing leads, registering potential tenants, liaising with tenants, negotiating lettings offers, arranging and attending viewings and signing tenancy agreements.
