Main Tasks and Accountabilities:-
1. Appraise brief and report on technical options, carry out design, applying technically sound, imaginative and sustainable solutions for building adaptations and improvement works. Prepare detailed specifications of work, arrange procurement and carry out contract administration to provide the best value solution for a client`s commission.
2. Project-manage multiple new-build and refurbishment projects, including site supervision, as the project-lead or as part of a larger team.
3. Prepare, tender and manage mechanical service reactive maintenance, planned maintenance and improvement/remedial commissions to an agreed programme, budget and quality.
4. Carry out condition surveys, dilapidation or specific surveys to provide information for stock condition / asset management system and/or to aid asset appraisal and report in an appropriate format.
Qualifications
You must have a building services related professional qualification in Building Services Engineering preferably with membership of CIBSE and experience of Programme and Project Management and be proficient in the use of Excel, Word and also AutoCAD LT.
You will require a working Knowledge of Standard forms of Building Service`s Contracts as well as good knowledge of relevant Building service`s requirements and regulations, Codes of Practice and Statutory requirements, including CDM, DDA, Asbestos regulations.
Current valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Successful candidates will be highly motivated, experienced managers of people and resources who understand the needs of customers and know that business success depends on providing clean, reliable vehicles backed up with dependable service.
You will be responsible for all aspects of branch results and performance including customer service, staff development, valet bay productivity, vehicle quality and utilisation. These roles require a hands-on leadership style and a willingness to lead by example.
You will get full training, a basic salary of ?20,000 - ?22,000 per annum, plus bonus and free uniform, working 45 hours per week on a rota basis. Additional benefits include access to Company Pension Scheme.
