DescriptionRegister your CV Our client is seeking an experienced e-learning specialist to act as an in-house and client facing expert to fulfil the requirements of customers for bespoke and generic e-learning solutions. The role will involve working closely with sales, learning consultancy and supplier management and will involve liaising directly with clients to help understand their requirements and then develop the specifications.

Key Responsibilities

*Liaising with client stakeholders and Client Relationship Managers whenever there is a potential e-learning need or requirement, with the objective of helping to understand and define each need.
*Development of detailed e-learning project documentation including user requirement specifications and RFP documentation.
*Management and ownership of the supplier sourcing and selection process
*Project management of the selected supplier, often in a tripartite arrangement with the end client, to ensure successful delivery.
*On-going management of relationships with all preferred e-learning suppliers, understanding their individual strengths and weaknesses to build an understanding of which suppliers are most effective for specific client requirements.
*Acting as in-house expert and 'centre of excellence' for e-learning and blended learning, including education of Client Relationship and Supplier Managers.
*Ownership and management of own P&L for "e-learning".

Candidate Requirements

*Deep understanding of bespoke and generic e-learning.
*Commercial e-learning project and programme management with experience of managing dozens of e-learning projects from start to finish.
*Client facing experience with strong relationship management skills.
*Hands-on experience of instructional design would be an advantage.
*Experience of managing third party e-learning suppliers would be an advantage
