Job Profile
Supporting Depot Management and responsible of depot crews and meeting customer contractual requirements
Key Result Areas
General Depot supervision, including completion of paperwork as required, this includes the day to day organising of labour
On site supervision of crews including health and safety inspections, ASLEC competency assessments and on site training
Organising plant and calling off materials required
Organising labour for the work with the Depot Manager
All Health and Safety issues and completion of paperwork for records.
Corresponding with Client/Consultant/The Public and other colleagues to monitor progress and inform of problems
Assist with estimates as required
To ensure all work comply with relevant environmental legislation and that recycling takes place whenever possible

Principle Duties & Accountabilities

*Take a responsibility for compliance of engineering matters on site, including temporary and permanent works and overall structural safety.
*Provision of reports and progress information to senior project management

*Take a proactive role in the development of Engineering best practice as required at an OU and BU level
*To provide support and development of trainee and graduate level staff
