Live in Chef de Partie required for prestigious establishment based in central London. This is an excellent opportunity to join an extremely established operation where the role is varied, exciting and challenging.
The ideal candidate will be the consummate professional, someone who is passionate about fine dining cuisine and very high standards. Candidates will need to have a pro-active and flexible approach towards their work as this can be a fast changing and fast paced environment. A strong reliable team player with that 'can do' attitude is vital.
Ideally applicants will have worked to at least 5 star hotel standards or a similar top end operation, working with all fresh quality produce. As highlighted the role will be extremely varied and a result cover numbers will range from very few, right up to the high hundreds, so volume catering experience is essential.
Another aspect of this unique Chef de Partie role involves travelling. Estimated time away from London is between 2 to 3 months each year. This may also occasionally include travelling overseas.
The Chef de Partie salary is c£18,000 depending upon experienced and is reviewed annually. The charge for staff accommodation, all meals and all bills (except tv licence) is deducted from the annual salary and works out to be a very attractive package.
