Marketing Executive
We are recruiting for a prestigious professional services company who are looking for a marketing executive to create, implement and coordinate a short, medium and long term marketing strategy. This is a new position created due to the success of the company.
Our client is really focused on driving the business development and marketing function. They are extremely commercial and innovative, striving to be the leaders within Lancashire and Manchester.
Duties
*To keep the database of prospects and current users up to date *Liaising with external design team to create monthly newsletter and mailers *E-shot the update bulletin monthly/ bi-monthly *Organise events from start to finish. Including communicating to delegates, organising the venues and refreshments, producing name badges, meet and greet at the events *Ensure marketing calendar is up to date for internal and external customers *Write case studies, articles, brochures, newsletters, press releases etc. to develop a high quality library of collateral to drive the Marketing activities. Ensure the differentiation and Value Proposition is reflected in everything that is created *Liaising/ chasing internal team to ensure deadlines are met *Take ownership of award submissions *Design, and work with functional heads to implement customer satisfaction measurements for clients and associates. Collect and collate results, produce reports and recommend remedial action where required *Keep website up to date with news articles and events *Other ad hoc administration duties You must have experience in a marketing role within either an accountancy firm or a law firm to be considered for this role.
Our client is flexible on the number of hours worked this can be from 25-37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. Some flexibility is required to attend events which can be early morning or late evening. Our client offers a modern working environment and a salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum DOE.

Sales account director We are recruiting for a sales account director for a company based in Lancashire. This can be home based or working from head office. The right person for the job will have strong relationship skills and can work in a structured and process driven environment. The role is to identify, develop and successfully integrate of new clients through new and existing business sectors. Delivering incremental profitable business against individual targets in line with the Sales and Marketing team new business strategy. Key responsibilities:
*To achieve agreed GP targets within qualified accounts. *Manage orders within these qualified accounts until they become a contracted or large client. *To develop agreed new business leads, then turn the leads into qualified accounts. *To develop new product offering and business sectors in line with the Sales and Marketing strategy. *To develop new accounts within the agreed new business sectors. *To report on monthly GP sales figures and monthly / annual sales forecasts *Report on weekly basis business development opportunities. *Keep the Sales Force data base up to date with current leads, accounts and actions. *Oversee the development of sales tools to ensure potential accounts are kept aware of company. *Preparing tender documents from PQQ stage through to presentation.
Critical skills:
*An excellent communicator and skilled networker using all forms of appropriate media i.e. verbal, written & presentational. *An individual possessing excellent planning and organisational ability who is able to prioritise his/her workload and achieve agreed deadlines, whilst managing larger projects within a wider team. *An excellent negotiator who understands profit drivers and seeks to deliver win/win solutions.
Qualifications:
*Able to demonstrate an appetite for learning and self development i.e. formal qualifications / training and development programmes / certification etc.
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours. Salary up to £40,000 basic per annum plus bonus and other benefits including car.

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, this role is sales generation and ordering processing. Employee relations/ HR Advisor We are recruiting for a well known household brand for an experienced HR Advisor to join a team of 3 initially on a 3 month contract. To provide generalist HR support to the retail stores across the UK. As an experienced HR professional, you will be used to working in a fast-paced, multi-site and challenging environment, ideally within the retail sector. This role is based in South Lancashire but there will be travel to stores across the country.
Overall Purpose of Role The overall purpose of the role is to provide high quality advice and support on employee relations to all levels of management and colleagues in Retail. This will involve supporting the store and area managers to deal on a daily basis with employment relations queries and relevant administration of letters and other paperwork. The role should also support the aim to develop the store management population to become increasing self-sufficient in routine disciple and grievance matters.
Accountability and Impact * Advise on company H R policy and procedures to managers and colleagues across the business and in accordance with current employment legislation * Understand the business context in balancing guidance to managers and colleagues * Provide guidance to managers in dealing with investigations, disciplinary process, appeal process and grievances * Issue letters at all stages of the disciplinary, appeal and grievance process as required * Manage and advise on redundancy procedures and department restructures and issue all appropriate letters * Assist in updating policies and procedures * Conduct investigation, disciplinary and appeal hearings, as required * Collate documents for tribunal claims, ET1, and summarise cases for the Company or solicitor to respond and if the latter is dealing with the case send all documentation to relevant solicitors * Design and implement restructure across the retail side of the businesses * Update colleagues in investigation, disciplinary, appeal and grievance procedures and changes in legislation * Support management on the recruitment process within the retail side of the business- dealing with agencies, advertising the positions and short listing * Maintain ER report to ensure trends in employment related matters are flagged and understood
In return our client is offering a salary of £30,000 to £40,000 per annum DOE. Hours of work Monday- Friday 37.5 hours per week and free parking.
This role initially is a 3 month contract but may become permanent.
