Some of the duties include: * Lead, manage and motivate staff to ensure the function works in a collaborative way to improve team- work with the senior and four Business Performance Managers. * Establish clear performance and development objectives for direct reports and support and constructively challenge staff to achieve them. * Ensure the strategic and corporate objectives are implemented for all aspects of financial performance. * Work closely with the Director to develop medium term financial strategy in consultation with the Business, which is integrated into the overall strategy for the organisation. * Ensure statutory Group annual accounts for Housing and Consolidation are prepared by Senior Accountants within the agreed timetable with the Director and external auditors The role is a very quick start and CV's would need to be with me by the end of Tuesday 31st January, 2012 or at the latest on Wednesday 1st February if the candidate can start and interview ASAP.
