Customer Sales Representative – Developing New Business
£17K + COMMISSION + BONUS (OTE £25K) + COMPANY PENSION + COMPANY HEALTH CASH PLAN
My client is a fasting growing company and they are looking to recruit any individual who wants to grow their career with them.
Your Skills
You need to have strong interpersonal skills with excellent communications and telephone manner, plus be extremely well organised and well motivated to achieved your targets
Ideally you would have come from a sales background, but this is not essential as full training well be provided
IT Skills: Word/Excel and Outlook are required and some know of how to search by using search engineers
The Role
Using the internet to search new leads and other proven avenues. You will be making new business calls and build your own client base; conversion to my client’s product is extremely high, normally around 90%
You will negotiate contracts with customers; sending out prices to them daily, taking ownership of customer accounts and managing relationships, plus managing supplier relationships
You will work together as a team and this will involve answering customer enquiries on prices and other duties.
Interact with finance, managing credit limits, handling deliveries efficiency and in a timely manner, whilst also solve problems that arise.
