We are seeking detail oriented, highly motivated professionals that have 1-2 years experience in a processing and/or data intensive position. Professionals with provisioning experience in the telecommunications industry would be ideal. This individual will be utilizing our proprietary databases to review, make changes, and submit orders timely and accurately for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:

• The provisioning coordinator role is accountable for the order management, enablement, provisioning, tracking, testing & service delivery of new services to major corporate customers.
• Be responsible for coordinating order entry, enablement, and order management, tracking & testing process to deliver new customer circuits, products & services.
• You will manage & coordinate order workloads, producing regular progress reports & service updates for the business & customers alike.
• Typically this will be for services across PSTN, Voice, and Data. This includes ADSL, SDSL, LLU, Ethernet, Leased Lines, ISDN, IPVPN, WLR, CPS etc
• Using systems including ECO, SPG you will liaise heavily with BT, OLO’s & other 3rd parties to deliver customer circuits & orders on time & within agreed SLA.
• From dealing with external customer enquiries, monitoring & reporting on completion of orders through to coordinating with BT, OLO’s & other 3rd parties to track & test circuits & orders, the provisioning coordinator will be involved in the full 360 degrees of order management & service delivery

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role candidates should possess previous similar experience within a Provisioning, service delivery, project coordination or order controller role.

• Knowledge of Telecom technologies including Voice, Data and ADSL Connectivity is required.
• Knowledge of SDSL, LLU, Ethernet, Cisco, IP Networking, IP/VPN etc would be a benefit.
• Good knowledge of the client operations process with the ability to support, administer, coordinate, track, monitor & progress report on the status of pending orders & sales activity, is required.
• Candidates with strong analytical skills, relationship management, customer services, communication & reporting abilities are required.
• Previous experience of providing administrative support & coordination is essential.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, Outlook
• 1-2 years of Telecommunications industry experience (preferred, not required)

Job Title: Technical Support Advisor

Department: Technical Support

Reporting to: Technical Support Team Leader

Responsibilities & Duties
•Deal with faults in a polite and courteous manner and confirm the exact fault with the customer.
•Follow the support the troubleshooting process for all faults.
◦Troubleshoot the fault with the customer using troubleshooting guides
◦Try to recreate the fault to confirm and diagnose the fault condition
◦Identify the root cause and resolve fault
Broadband / Managed Services / IP Voice and PBX:

•Customer Premises Equipment issues and User IT / Technical related issues listed below must be resolved promptly within 15 minutes:
◦Register Emails for existing customers and update Billing
◦Microsoft Outlook / Express email configuration and support ( Incoming and Outgoing SMTP Setting)
◦ADSL routers configuration and configuration checks
◦IP Addressing (Reconfigure Router with new Routed IP’s)
◦NAT and Port Forwarding /Open Ports
◦1St Line IPPBX and PBX, Hosted PBX configurations, IP Number diverts and IP MAC’s (Moves, adds and changes)
•Supplier Related Issues ( Murphx, BTWholesale, Plusnet, Gamma, FastHosts, etc)
◦Follow supplier 1st line diagnostics troubleshooting guide and fill out troubleshooting checklist.
◦If the fault is not resolved after completing the troubleshooting guide – the troubleshooting checklist should be passed supplier for investigation.
◦1st Line support keeps ownership of the fault and update customer every hour and be the main contact for this fault until issues resolved.
PSTN Related Issues:

•Follow PSTN faults checklist to troubleshoot fault with customer.
•Should the fault require escalation to PSTN supplier, customer must be asked which number they need the PSTN service diverted to.
•Fault should then be logged directly with BTWholesale via WLR3 and diverts added where possible.
•Customer should be updated every hour and diverts should be tested with customer.
•1st Line technical support will own the fault from start to finish.
•Working with SLA’s set by the manager.
The Candidate

VoIP and PBX skills are not essential but could be an advance; all training on our VoIP systems will be provided. A good knowledge of IT, Networks, Email and TCP/IP and broadband are needed.

The suitable candidate must have the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to Managers and customers.

They will report to the current Processing Manager and will work closely with 3rd Line Technical support advisor to learn about our products. They will also visit customers and potential clients to assist in providing solutions for their IP- Telecommunication needs.
