Duration: 12 month (on an on-and-off basis)
The Customer Management Project is looking for a consultant who can bring expertise when and where needed. This role would be ideal for someone who can work on an as-and-when needed basis to some extent, albeit agreed and based around the project - for example the project may need a week of their time, then some more of their time after a period of, say, 2 weeks etc.
Key Accountabilities
Provide consultancy advice to the Project Manager and lead Business Analyst on the scale and sequence of CRM workflow implementation, modules required, technical environments necessary etc. Design workflows. Train and mentor 3 internal Business Analysts to design and build workflows. Document all work to enable future support and maintenance by internal staff. Conduct end to end testing of the workflows. Provide advice on the scope and definition of User Acceptance Tests. Provide advice on the security set up. Provide example workflows for training courses. Participate in implementation and go-live through transitioning workflows from the Development to the live environments.
It is essential that you can provide evidence of having built live, working workflows in several housing associations using the Orchard Housing management system.
You should be able to provide remote/ad hoc advice support while not necessarily needing to be physically here all the time for the whole length of engagement.

Our client are in the insurance sector. They are well established and growing.
This role will involve to supervise team of 5.
Dealing with processing of invoices for repairs, invoicing various insurance companies and processing on their own systems.
This role involves working to deadlines and targets and you will paid bonuses for hitting these targets.
Liaising with various insurers. Experience in insurance accounts procedures would be preferred.
Hours are 9am-5pm but flexibility will be required. Overtime is paid for out of these hours.
Salary in the region of £17,000pa plus bonuses for hitting targets. Salary is negotiable dependant upon skills.
Working in friendly and pleasant working environment.

We are seeking to recruit call centre operatives for our client in Southend on Sea.
We are looking for full time staff Monday to Friday, they are also seeking staff to work weekends and/or evenings.
You MUST be available to start work at short notice and they are only seeking candidates that are seeking to work temp with a view to permanent, NOT as a stop gap or in addition to a full time job.
You MUST have call centre experience on either inbound or outbound (Sales) campaigns.
You will be well spoken with a confident telephone manner.
