Roofer 2 weeks up to £17 per hour (Ltd)
I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Roofer for a contractor that is responsible for planned and reactive maintenance for an award winning housing association in West London.
They are looking for someone to work on a backlog of roofing jobs on a temporary basis. You must have your own vehicle and tools and have had experience working on social housing properties.
The hourly rate is up to £17 per hour on a limited company basis to start as soon as possible.

Our client is a leading housing association operating in the London area.
They are currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Surveyor in the North London patch, You must have had experience as a Maintenance Surveyor for a Housing Association and be a commutable distance from the North to North West London area, you need to have your own vehicle with business insurance and ideally an enhanced CRB, you need to be available for interviews immediately to start work on the 09/05/2012
This is a twelve month temporary position that can lead to a Permanent post; our client is offering up to £17 per hour however this is negotiable depending on experience.

Stock Condition Surveyor Fixed Term Contract (five months) North London Pay Negotiable
Our client is a leading housing association operating in the London area. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a fixed term basis within a great working environment and team.
Our client has a requirement for a Stock Condition Surveyor to work between the following dates 28th May 2012 and 21st September 2012.
Key requirements are:
Surveyor will attend occupied social housing properties and record stock condition data (SCD), HHSRS & Energy data.
Expectation will be that a minimum of 8 surveys a day are completed.
You must have a building surveying qualification or have a minimum 3 years experience in SCD surveys.
Surveyor must be reliable in order to attend pre arranged appointments
Surveyor must hold a valid advanced CRB check
Surveyor must be mobile (i.e. in possession of own legal transport)
Ideally:
Surveyor must have had previous experience of SCD using hand held PDAs (training will be given relating to our clients specific surveys)
Surveyor must be available for the majority of the fixed term (They will consider up to a one week pre arranged annual leave)
Interviews will be held on Monday 21st May and subject to suitable candidate, awarded on 23rd May with a start required on 28th May 2012
