The successful applicant will be required to come on board and provide administrative, data analysis and technical support for several large programmes.

To be considered for this role you will have worked in a similar support role preferably within a public sector environment. You will also have extensive knowledge of MS Excel specifically with regards collating and cleansing data. Experience of querying data and creating pivot tables is also essential. You will also be able to create and track project plans in MS Project and Excel.

A major global financial services company are undertaking a project to replace the existing payments system with a new solution across both the EMEA and North America regions. You will be responsible for the creation, management, execution, and reporting of testing as it progress throughout the payments system implementation. Therefore previous experience of testing payments systems in a financial services environment is essential.

The role will also involve assisting in a review of the existing test approach/methodology at the company, provide recommendations for change in-line with industry best practice, and implement selected enhancements to the overall testing processes.

You must have strong analytical skills to formulate scripts, generate testing, fully document scenarios, and report results and also have experience in covering the full range of validation approaches including smoke, functional, regression, negative, UAT, performance/stress testing etc. Previous experience of using the Mercury/HP Quality Centre/HP Quality Centre suite would be a significant advantage.
