DescriptionRegister your CV Our client specialises in the manufacture of precision micro-components for the medical sector and they are looking for an experienced CNC machine tool Programmer, Setter, Operator to join an expanding technical team.

The purpose of the role is to program, set and operate multi-axis computer numerically controlled machine centres and tools to make medical components from supplied engineering drawings and CAD models. You will be able to liaise with the development management and maintain manufacturing progress without supervision, ensuring that appropriate CNC Programs, jigs and fixtures are available to meet the needs of the production schedule and support and contribute to manufacturing process selection.

Person:

• Excellent knowledge and skills in programming, setting and operating a range of CNC machines
• Experience of CNC turning and milling (EDM experience a bonus)

• Experience of working with 3D CAD models
• Experience of working in an ISO9001 environment
