RESPONSIBILITIES This position involves: • Chasing borrowers for repayments by telephone and letter • Monitoring payments • Dealing with Direct Debit returns • Dealing with daily incoming post • Monthly reviews to ensure payment and contact if that is not achieved • Instructing solicitors to initiate court action and repossession action where required • Dealing with telephone queries from clients and 3rd parties • Be responsible for section of Funding list This is a telephone based role with NO face to face contact with members of the public. Candidates must have relevant office experience, chasing customers by telephone, ideally on the collections side. Hours are Mon-Thurs, 4pm-8pm.
