Domiciliary Care Manager - Mid Cornwall
Salary - £25000.00
A fantastic opportunity has a risen to work for a market leading Domiciliary Care service opening their new branch in Mid Cornwall Area
Supporting the Director you will register with CQC as the Registered manager of the service and with the support of the company you will open a new Domiciliary service.
Your main duties will be:
• To liaise with local authorities/commissioners
• Assist the director in marketing the new service
• Gain new contracts/care hours to build up the service
• Recruitment of new staff
• Register with CQC and ensure the service adheres to CQC standards at all time
• Create care plans and risk assessments
• Meet with all service users to complete quality reviews
As a strong Domiciliary manager who can open a new service you must have:
• Vast experience in Domiciliary care
• Experience of developing services
• Business minded with an enthusiasm to succeed
• NVQ Level 5/ RMA is essential

Service Manager - Waltham Forest
An extremely rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Manager to join a leading company within the Domiciliary and Extra care housing sector
My client is very passionate about care standards and prides themselves on providing exceptional care services and consistently strive to ensure the provision of the highest quality service to their Service Users.
The Service Manager will have sound knowledge of the extra care housing sector and will be involved with budgets finance, legislation and CQC standards.
Job Description
• Deal with new and existing contracts and ensure that activity and budgetary targets are achieved
• Be responsible for the finance of contracts for the service
• Be responsible for support staff employed by the company
• Develop close contacts with the local community.
• Be available to provide regular support and supervision to the scheme
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
• Will have experience of working within the domiciliary /extra care housing sector
• Will have experience in gaining new contracts and dealing with existing contracts
• Will have a full understanding of CQC standards and legislation and will be the Registered Manager
• Will have experience of supporting and supervising staff.
• Will be able to form and maintain good relationships with clients, their families and colleagues
• Will be self-motivated and self-reliant.
• Will have the ability to maintain accounts.
• Will hold NVQ Level 4 or equivalent or be prepared to achieve the qualification.
In return the successful candidate will receive a fantastic comprehensive manager’s salary package, including:
