We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to manage and deliver the Group customer research and insight programme. You will support the Group Planning Manager in ensuring that customer priorities, aspirations and satisfaction levels are understood.

Much of the programme is delivered in-house, so a background in market research or customer insight is essential, and MRS accreditation or membership would be preferred. Good IT skills will be required as part of the role involves processing survey and customer data.
