The successful candidate will have line responsibility for the Quality Assurance Auditors, Standard Operating Procedures, Administration and the company Archive
The Role:
As the Quality Manager, reporting to and supporting the Manager of Quality and Process Improvement in the development of the Quality System to meet regulatory, sponsor and business requirements. You will be responsible for the management of the company internal audit programme and managing the supplier and sub-contractor approval programme.
In addition, the Quality Manager will develop staff training programmes in order to ensure regulatory compliance.
The Person
Candidates will need to have proven GMP experience. A sound knowledge of GCP in addition to this would be highly advantageous. Proven experience of developing and improving quality systems within the pharmaceutical industry is essential as is previous supervisory or management experience.
In order to be considered candidates should also have experience of planning and conducting internal audits and audits of suppliers and sub-contractors

The Role:
The Project Leader will support a high profile strategic partnership programme with studies in phase II-III across a broad range of therapy areas. The Person:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a Science related field together with a proven track record of International, full service project management, across a broad range of therapy areas. Previous CRO experience is preferred, with involvement in bid defence activities. Strong financial management and client relationship skills are essential as is a flexible attitude towards work assignments and new learning. Candidates must be willing to work in a matrix environment and must understand the value of teamwork.

You will ideally have a testing time of 20 minutes; however 30 minutes will be acceptable for any newly qualified candidates. You need to be clinically sensitive to the needs of the patient, yet understand the commercial requirements of the business. You will able to demonstrate your commercial understanding by making suitable recommendations in accordance to the patients' prescription within the consulting room, then relaying this information to the Dispensing Optician at the handover stage.
It is vitally important that you have a flexible working attitude ensuring that the patient is always put first. The position will be to oversee and guide the practice managers at each practice, reporting back to the directors on a weekly basis, providing financial reporting. They will also be involved in the acquisition process when new practices are added. Candidates will ideally have previous multi-site management experience either within Dental environment, with experience in financial reporting, managing budgets, recruitment and staff retention.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an up and coming company, as the role has capacity for growth and expansion. Salary is dependant on experienced and can be discussed at interview. Full time hours (40 per week) would be ideal, with candidates happy to travel across the area. This will include some home based and weekend work when required.
You will be based in Bournemouth covering around 7 practices. The ideal individual will need to be a self-starter and act as a human dynamo to the group.
