The main purpose of the role is to manage the Specialist Support Service in the East Midlands Region and to provide our client with specialist behavioural advice, training and support in order to implement an effective model of support and service provision for individuals with intellectual disabilities, challenging behaviour and / or complex needs.
Duties will include:
• Foster effective working relationships with local social services and health authorities, maintain open and direct communication in order to ensure that our services meet their requirements.
• To effectively manage the performance of the behavioural specialist within the region to ensure that clinical needs are best met.
• Provide specialist advice, training and support to the organisation and external agencies seeking to develop challenging behaviour service provision in consultation with the Specialist Support Service Director.
• Undertake comprehensive assessments of individuals referred to the Specialist Support Service inclusive of interviews, formal assessment tools and direct observation.
• Supervision of Behavioural Specialist Support Service Team members in the Region in relation to individual client caseload as identified by the Specialist Support Service Director.
• Assist the Specialist Support Service Director in the development of new service provision where a clinical need has been identified within the East Midlands.
Ideal candidates will hold a relevant psychology or nursing qualification and have experience working in a similar field. You must have a background in learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and behavioural support. Candidates must be drivers with their own transport and be able to cover the East Midlands region. Main duties will include dealing with inbound calls and email enquiries from potential customers and converting these to sales orders, cross selling products by proving customers with in-depth advice on the companies furniture ranges, showcasing furniture to customers on private showroom viewings, updating order spread sheets and any other sales admin duties as required to meet the needs of the business. Essentially you will have a keen eye for detail and be seeking to make a difference to the customer experience offered within our clients organisation.

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced sales administrator with excellent customer service skills, a good telephone manner along with previous experience of working within a fast paced office environment. Our client is a charitable organisation that provides a wide range of housing, support services and nursing care to over 1000 people each year across South and West Wales. They provide care and support services to vulnerable people with a variety of needs. They are currently seeking a RMN clinic lead manager for their large nursing unit in the Caerphilly area.
Main Duties:
• To lead the clinical team ensuring the highest standard of direct nursing and residential care to residents based on the assessment of their care needs in consultation with the residents and the care team.
• To support the Registered Home Manager in all aspects of the home’s care management including taking temporary complete charge during the absence of the Registered Manager.
• To ensure the requirements of the National Minimum Standards for Care Homes are implemented in accordance with the Care Standards Act 2000 and associated regulations.
• Assist the Registered Manager with inspection matters

You will need to be RMN qualified and have previous management experience within a large nursing home setting. In return you will receive a generous salary and benefits package along with ongoing training and career development.
