Job Summary & Main Responsibilities:
- Liaise with all customers’ phone calls and enquiries.
- All customers are treated with courtesy and respectfully in a professional manner.
- Visit customers with Manager on a regular basis.
- Ensure all orders are placed accurately within required time.
- From point of order to arrival all orders must be progressed weekly.
- Daily status reports must be sent to all customers.
- Ensure vehicles are prepared through preparation centre to customer standard.

- Chase customer debts daily and keep to a minimum.
- Ensure physical stock is turned around as efficiently as possible.
- Work with team to ensure all accounts are covered at all times.
- Any reasonable duties requested of you.
