Sales executive – The Role

 Identifying and establishing contact with potential and existing customers proactively
 Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing customers
 Producing sales reports on a regular basis
 Providing feedback of potential customers and members to enhance product functioning and service delivery
 Working closely and communicating effectively with sales team, marketing team and customer support
 Assisting to identify the opportunities for upcoming products and for developments and enhancement of existing products
 Negotiating agreement terms and closing down sales
