This post requires an enthusiastic, flexible and polished Office Administrator who is a strong team player, working with the Office Manager and Account Department. They require somebody with high attention to detail and to have the ability to multi-task and prioritise work-loads. The job is mainly administration but the role has potential and scope for creativity and some events organisation.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide front of house administration and secretarial support to the Office Manager and Directors and to be a great gate-keeper
Good/confident communications skills and problem solving is required with internal/external clients to provide an excellent customer service using strong verbal and written English
General typing, attending meetings, taking-notes, distributing documentation, keep records up-to-date and accurate, book-keeping and telephone liaison
Stock control of goods and stationery, food supplies, maintenance contracts, accounting procedures, order and quotations and maintaining an accurate filing system
Ability to work in a calm, efficient, professional and methodical manner and being able to take instructions but also working on your own initiative
Proficient MS Office skills, Word / Excel / Outlook / Powerpoint / Audio Typing of 50 wpm
