We are actively recruiting a Planner for a company supplying the retail sector with Cut Flowers.
The purpose of this role is to effectively plan and manage stock and ordering process, for a specific group of products within this category.
Working alongside buyers, you will agree short term or short-to medium term volume forecast against which to plan. Liaise with different agencies to align and agree delivery slots for incoming product.
You will be articulate, very competent using computers, including the use of microsoft packages such as Word and Excel and possess excellent organisational skills. Other key requirements of this role are excellent communication and decision making skills.

We are recruiting Quality Controllers for an established, successful fresh produce business. They are now seeking an individual to cover their Fruit division with imported produce.
This is a fairly autonomous role, with particular emphasis on stock arrivals, product shelf life stocks, QC checks for positive release and fruit tests for sugar levels, acidity, dryness etc. Although experience is ideal, we would consider candidates with an interest in the fresh produce sector and keen to progress and develop.
These roles will work different shift patterns, 4 days on and 3 days off or a day shift. You should be diligent, accurate and have a good eye for detail. Graduates are welcome to apply. A full driving licence is essential.

We are recruiting a Stock Operations Manager for a fruit packer based in the South East.
The role will be responsible for a team of 10 and will manage the receipt, distribution and checking of both purchase and sales orders and co-ordination of fruit on arrival. Liaising with their customers to the supply of fruit, stock used, lost, damaged, shortages, claims made etc. Daily management meetings, highlighting customer issues and feedback to the team are all part of this role.
The successful individual will have experience in a similar role, ideally in the fresh produce industry. You will be proficient in operational management, identifying, understanding and solving operational challenges.
You must be dynamic and pro active with a capacity for organisation and leadership combined with superior communication and interpersonal skills. You must have a flexible approach to work and be comfortable working as part of a team and on your own initiative. IT literate, you must have good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of PROPHET is an essential requirement.
