You will need to have a 1st or 2.1 degree in any Engineering discipline or a related subject and be either a fresh graduate or a graduate with up to 2 years experience. You must have at least A Level German speaking skills, advanced and fluent German language skills are highly desirable.

The scheme gives you the opportunity to travel regularly and they offer a fantastic development programme. Your first 12 months will be spent in a German plant and the second twelve months of the programme in the UK or possibly elsewhere in Europe.

You must be prepared to travel and take international assignments during the two years duration of the programme.
