Our Client a leader in their field is looking to recruit a highly experienced Operations Manager to join their energetic, ambitious and passionate team. Applicants will need previous management experience in a 4* environment.
As Operations Manager you'll be reporting directly to the General Manager and be taking the reins when they're not around. Ultimately, it's about growing and developing the operational areas of the business to ensure profit targets are acheived, so you will also be involved in development of the business strategy and budget, as well as assisting with the forecast on a weekly basis. They don't believe in strict corporate guidelines, so you'll have freedom to make your own decisions and think up new and creative ways to get results.
It also involves leading from the front, and managing and inspiring your team to deliver the highest standards of service and hospitality - but because you're already experienced in senior management in the deluxe four star environment, that will come naturally to you.
