Mechanical Design Draughting Engineer - Notts 22-26K 3D Solidworks skills
You must have experience projects from conception to completion, including CAD design and detailing, generating and
maintaining parts lists and drawing records, supporting the manufacturing and build phase of the project.
Ideally you will be HNC or ONC qualified in Mechanical Engineering. Ideally you will have a Machinery / Mechanisms background.
Skill that are required include :
· Excellent drawing skills in 3D Solidworks and 2D Autocad.
· Experience of special purpose machinery design.
· Experience of Jig and Fixture design.
· An understand and ability to generate pneumatic schematics
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Willingness to visit a customer's site to support equipment or diagnose faults

Electronic Engineer - Microcontrollers - Any of the following ( 8 bit micros,16 Bit Micro, PIC, ATMEL,8031, H8, ARM )
USB or PC communication (USB and RS232/RS485 interfaces would be useful.)
An Electronics Engineer is required to designs and manufactures equipment for a global customer base and in order to maintain its commitment to exceed customer's expectation an electronics engineer is required to enhance its new product design team and support the manufacture of existing products.
Main responsibilities of the job will include:
*Work within the new product development team to produce new and extend existing electronic hardware and embedded software designs for scientific equipment
*Work with suppliers and manufacturing to fully introduce designs into production
*Work within the product support group to investigate production or customer issues with equipment and propose and implement appropriate changes
*Identify solutions to obsolescence issues through alternative sourcing or redesign
Critical Competencies include:
*At least 3 years in electronics design role
*Experience of work on instrumentation would be beneficial
*Experience of working with USB communications in an embedded environment would be advantageous
