Salon Services is part of Sally Beauty Holdings Inc, based in Texas. The global company has grown from one small store in 1964 in New Orleans into the world’s largest distributor of professional hair and beauty products, with over 3,500 stores worldwide.
Our two largest trading identities in the UK and Ireland are Salon Services and Sally with a total of 267 stores. In addition we operate retail brand Shear Beauty (store and salon), O’Reilly Salon Supplies and Beauty Express, the UK and Ireland’s favourite hair and beauty professional mail order business.
Our offer
Our customers enjoy an unparalleled range of over 4,000 carefully selected hair and beauty products sourced from the world’s leading suppliers and complemented by our extensive portfolio of exclusive brands.
Hair and beauty professionals who require specialist services have access to salon furniture sales, a business development consultancy and a bespoke training curriculum. Membership of our trade card programme provides access to trade only Salon Services stores and additional benefits as well as regular news updates and special promotions. This free programme has over 400,000 members.
We are also a fully accredited supplier to colleges and students in the UK and Ireland.

Our retail focused stores are conveniently located for consumers on the high street and provide the busy professional with a one-stop-shop for any top up purchases with a dedicated ‘store in store’ Salon Services offer.
Salon Services
Signaling a major commitment to the profession, in 2010 Sally Salon Services created a new trade-only format for some of its stores, called Salon Services. With 59 outlets (and growing as more of our portfolio is converted) this is now the UK’s largest portfolio of stores dedicated to serving the hair and beauty professional.
