• Pack in – leads from various introducers
• Upload CSV onto the system – this automatically sets all cases up with a file on blue-chip
• Check all claims for complete signed documents, attached statements and PPI Questionairre
• Enter all information from claim onto the system using all screens on blue-chip e.g. Processing screen, commission screen and notes
• Send Day 1 Letter to client and New Complaint Letter to lender with an attached PPI Questionairre and Letter of Authority
• Going back to introducers if cases missing
• Give a helping hand to all teams when all work completed

Having experienced rapid expansion they are now looking for highly motivated, experienced and successful Collections Advisors who have Financial Services experience, preferably in PPI and IVA/DMP. They would ideally be looking for candidates with previous collections or customer service experience. Maths and English at GCSE grade C and above would also be desirable as would computer literacy skills (particularly Excel/Word/Outlook)
Desirable traits to include ; working in a busy/fast paced office environment. The ability to work under pressure. Being target driven and ‘money motivated’. The ability to work as an individual and also as part of a team. A ‘Can do’ attitude. Being flexible. Customer negotiation skills coupled with a friendly, but assertive telephone manner. Problem solving skills. Punctual with a good sickness record.”
Basic salary starts at £15k, rising to £18k after passing probation (up to 6 months).
Bonus ranges from £0 - £1250 per month, current average is about £750 for the department.
