Our client are a highly reputable publishing house and are looking for experienced telesales staff to help sell advertising space in one of their major publications. As a valued member of the team you will have the drive and ambition to build lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
You will be required to:
Source new leads to add to an already impressive database
Perform outbound telesales calls (cold calling)
Achieve targets set by the business
Demonstrate a positive and self-motivated approach
Work to targets and be rewarded on personal performance
You will have;
Experience within a telesales environment
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to build relationships over the telephone
Be-able to recognise an opportunity to offer a service
Outstanding customer service skills
Be target driven

AM Recruitment are recruiting for Telesales staff on behalf of a client based in Elland. Our client is a Direct Marketing Provider and looking to increase staff numbers due to a huge growth within the company.
Requirements:
Take inbound and make outbound calls using an automatic dialer
Achieve targets set by the company
Demonstrate a positive and self -motivated approach
Telesales experience is not essential
Have the ability to remain positive and motivated in a challenging environment
Outstanding customer service skills are essential
Be target driven
The hours for this vacancy are:- 10.30am - 6.30pm Monday to Thursday
10.00am 6.00pm Friday
10.00am 4.00pm one in three Saturdays
This is a 12 week temp to perm vacancy paying £7.17 per hour (Pro rata £14K) for the first 12 weeks, increasing to £14½K once permanent.
No-one in this company is there for their basic salary. There is an uncapped bonus scheme which gives successful candidates an opportunity to earn substantial bonus payments on top of the basic rate. In recent months an average performer earned £700 bonus in a month and an exceptional performer earned nearly £2K.
