* Installation and Commissioning of machines ? supervising unloading of the equipment at customers plants, locating the equipment and connecting air, power services.

The ideal Technical Support Engineer will have:

* A minimum of three years experience of working with packaging machinery or similar equipment
* Be able to understand and troubleshoot machine related PLC programmes. (Ideally with experience of Alan Bradley and Siemens)
* Must be winthin 1 hours commute of Bristol as 40% of the role is site based.
* Must be willing to travel abroad for periods of up to 6 weeks.
* An ONC or above in electrical or electro-mechanical engineering is desirable, but at least an engineering apprenticeship or equivalent is essential.

Remuneration for this position includes a competitive basic salary of up to £30k (potential earnings of £50k) a company car, a pension scheme, life assurance and 25 days holiday stats.

You will possess:

" Degree in Business and Marketing or have a CIM related qualification
" Ability to write compelling copy
" Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills
" Result orientated, dynamic and creative thinking
" Resourceful, proactive, able to multi task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
" Knowledge of the renewable energy market is highly desirable

Duties will include

" Manage CRM data to support campaigns
" Collating customer satisfaction data to produce case studies
" Managing relationships with external suppliers
" Development of Market literature
" Coordinating a range of promotional tools including direct mail, email, web, video, publicity and advertising
