· Achieving targets, call quality standards and personal KPIs set for the product review
Pensions are a very secure and personal financial commitment. Person Specification
To apply for this position you should have a minimum education standard of A Levels or Equivalent and 5 standard GCSE’s including Maths and English, in addition to a proven background in administration. With excellent communication skills that are second to none you should have the ability to work under your own initiative.
As well as the above you should
Have a high standard of proficiency in Microsoft suite including "outlook”,” word" and "excel".
You should also have Experience of working with financial reporting systems, document control and EDMS.
