The Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager can be based anywhere in the UK and will be a home based role. The company offers a full integration of BMS, fire, CCTV, security & commissioning with value engineering solutions to our clients.
Their core business is the installation of Building Management Systems allied to associated building services such as Access, Power & Lighting.
The major projects are mostly involved with leading companies in the Health Care, Pharmaceutical and Research industry but also undertake work schools, universities and hotels. They have successfully applied their electrical installation expertise to projects ranging from £5000 to £5,000,000.
Due to continued growth they now looking for a Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager to maintain the relationship and service to current customers and build the business with new clients.
Successful applicants will have the following qualifications and experience:
• Electrically qualified with knowledge and experience of Building Management Systems.
• A strong track record in Business Development/Key Account Management positions with an extensive background in delivering profitable growth. This will be gained within the building services sector.
• Experience of selling and scaling up service and/or project operations by an order of magnitude, driving quality improvement and cost reduction.
• Comfortable with change and will not shy away from making tough commercial or personnel decisions.
• Strong IT skills and track record of delivering process improvements through well designed business systems.
• A willingness to travel regularly including a current driving licence.
