- Deal with sales leads via fax, email or telephone - standard letter sent with relevant brochures, requested samples.

- Fax or email Approved Installers List to contractors when requested.

- Update GB external address book when required.

- Organise courier when requested.

- Order stationery and keep the stationery store tidy.

- Order printer cartridges when required.

- Carry out fortnightly stocktakes of storeroom and sample supplies.

- Organise taxis when requested.

- Arrange buffet lunch from outside caterer when necessary.

- Order kitchen supplies etc. as necessary, and monitor milk and order/cancel where necessary.

- Tidy kitchen when possible, top up coffee machine and put milk bottles out.

- Liaise with Admin Manager about any facilities issues & update Admin Manager of status.

- Adhoc tasks at the request of the Admin Manager.

Candidates will need to have a verfiable track record within a similar administration role with a substation amount of experience gained in this field.
