•Pro-actively managing the data stored within E1 and Sales Express and supporting all UK and ROI users of those systems, including the provision of training. The team are currently involved in several projects that seek to improve the quality of data on their systems and the successful candidate should be able to question current processes and be able to suggest improvements.

•The role will include part number and address book set up, product pricing and managing customer discount structures. However, there is adequate opportunity to suggest and manage projects to improve the quality of data available to our sales teams and involvement in key elements of our potential CRM project later this year.

The successful candidate must possess the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively and be self-motivated with enthusiasm to learn. Strong communication skills and good attention to detail are essential for success in this role along with a customer-focused sense of urgency. A basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel are desirable.

Main responsibilities:

1. Project Management
•To lead the end to end project process, using the latest project management tools and techniques.

Background:
