Our client are looking to expand their fast-growing company, and as such, an opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join their team.
Our client seeks a motivated professional with experience of marketing and managing promotions, a track record of great copywriting skills and achieving high returns on marketing budgets to join their rapidly growing, leading company. As a Marketing Executive, you will be tasked with effectively promoting a range of products through a variety of marketing activities, both online and offline.
You will manage, plan and execute tactical promotional marketing campaigns for our client’s branches and website. This will include brochures, coupons, flyers, direct mails, PR and price lists.
Working alongside the website team, you will also help initiate, monitor and manage a range of in-depth Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and Search-Engine-Optimisation (SEO) strategies.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Proven experience of growing businesses through online and offline marketing strategies and promotions
- Experience of using Google Analytics and similar traffic analysis tools
- Strong copywriting skills
As a Marketing Executive, you must have great communication skills and an excellent attention to detail. Focused, you must possess plenty of common sense and the ability to get things done.
A degree in marketing and experience in construction/building sector would be desirable to your application, but this is by no means essential.

We have an exciting opportunity for an I.T. helpdesk technician to work with the direction and support of the Supervisor or Service Desk Manager to assist customers with any queries or problems they may have. The Support Agent is accountable for the resolution of customer incidents and requests and the overall performance adherence for retail clients. You will be working closely with your peers as well as colleagues across teams and the Supervisor or Service Desk Manager, all the time ensuring appropriate service levels are maintained within a set Key Performance Indicators. You will provide a single point of contact for customer's IT problems and enquiries.
You will need to be comfortable working to tight deadlines, handling a large number of calls and incidents, and enjoy finding solutions to help make a difference to our customers. The company operates a shift working system, 7 days a week between 0500 and 0200 daily.
You must be happy to work shift hours including some weekends, with days off during the week when required.
Person Specification
Required Skills & Ability:
•Help desk/ Service Desk experience (preferred)
•Ability to multi-task
•Reliable and punctual
•Good interpersonal skills and customer interface skills - both on the phone and in person with customers and colleagues;
•Strong communication skills - in particular verbal, written and telephone enquiry handling skills;
•Ability to work within a target oriented environment;
•Good analytical skills and an ability to define the precise nature of customer problems;
•Ability to conceptualise problems;
•Ability to give specific and clear instructions and problem-solving advice;
•Good understanding of computers;
•Experience of EPOS and retail support environments (preferred)
Education and Experience
•A+ or N+ Qualification (preferred)

Answer inbound telephone and e-mail sales enquires in a high tempo and target driven environment
Advising customers on product range and advising accordingly
Producing detailed quotations to property developers, hotels chains and the general public
