This Restaurant prepares fresh and delicious dishes in relaxed surroundings using high quality ingredients. The Restaurant Manager will need experience in working within a full table service restaurant and fresh food experience is extremely important.
The role will be hands on and the Restaurant Manager will be the heart and soul of the floor operations, and leasing the team! As well as leading and training a floor team in food, wines and service. History of managing budgets and schedules is an important part of the role, but with this group service come first to paperwork!

Sales Manager - Contract Catering
Location: London Salary: £40,000 depending on experience plus commission, car, phone
This is a great opportunity for someone who has a real passion for sales to join a national FM company within their contract catering division.
Their main office is based in London but there are regional offices in Birmingham and Leeds. The successful applicant will be able to work from home but will be required to travel to the London office on a weekly basis for meetings as required.
You will be reporting directly into the Business Development Director and helping secure new catering contracts across their B&I division, from Birmingham down South
There is flexibility to consider candidates who come from more of a GM/Operational background who have some sales experience and would like to make a move into sales OR candidates who have a few years sales experience behind them and are looking to further their career
We are looking for highly enthusiastic, energetic and driven individuals who have experience with the sales tender process within a contract catering business
A passion for food and hospitality would be an advantage
Strong communication, presentation and IT skills essential
