What we’re looking for

An analyst that understands the power of insight in driving customer centric communications. An individual who can use multiple analytics tools at their disposal to give clear steer on what defines customers, and the discreet differences between them. The CRM Planning Team

CRM planning resource will consist of:

The Analyst will work closely with the CRM planning team providing customer insight around CRM activity as well as wider customer behaviour. This insight will fuel the planning and creative process.

The CRM planning team sits with the CRM creative account team in the Milton Keynes office and are an intrinsic part of the team function. As a team we also have close work links to our London office so there may be a requirement to visit for meetings.

Key Roles

Primary responsibility of the role is to manage the day to day requirements for analytics/insights/reporting. This role will also include the following tasks:

o Regular liaison with client required so a professional, personable and affable character is key
o Using a range of analytics tools (SAS, FastStats, Advanced Excel, NCBS, TGI) to develop both predictive and descriptive models
o Create campaign evaluation methodologies
o Use of social media analysis and modelling e.g. attribution modelling
o Manage and develop a range of standardised insight reporting, as well as ad hoc requests from both the internal team and wider client departments

Required Skills/Experience

o Degree educated within a maths or science discipline
o At least 2 years previous experience in an analytic/insight role within a direct marketing agency/supplier
o Experience of using a fast count systems e.g. FastStats
o SAS programming skills
o Have knowledge of object orientated languages and database query languages
o Full analysis of CRM campaigns drawing out insights from received results
o Comfortable with creation of client facing presentations and distillation of data into key insights and recommendations
