Responsible for the recruitment and selection of branch staff and care workers for the given branch, working in tandem with their designated Recruitment Executive.
Identify challenges and opportunities to current business and work with Operations Manager to respond to them.
Attend and contribute to quality forum meetings, organised by the local authority for domiciliary care providers.
Familiarise themselves with the local geographical area to be covered by domiciliary care staff to ensure Coordinators provide care staff with effective rota’s with minimal travel requirements.
Develop effective relationships with key people both within and outside the business and represent the business to relevant outside bodies.
Drive sales, margin growth and business development under guidance of the Operations Manager and in accordance with their given targets and objectives

Management of branch petty-cash budget

• Cost control – highlighting and taking action on budgetary problems under guidance of Operations Manager.

Personal Qualities
