We've a wide variety of opportunities in lots of different departments available at our Home Office, ASDA House, in Leeds. These include many roles that you wouldn't normally expect to find at a supermarket. You might find you've parked your car next to one of our Accountants or Surveyors in our free on site car park or bump into a Solicitor in our colleague cafe! Trading careers

At ASDA, Trading covers roles such as Buyers, Supply Analysts, Merchandisers and Technologists amongst others. Together our Trading Teams negotiate with our suppliers to get the products our customers want at low prices whilst ensuring our quality and ethical standards. We're responsible for ensuring our products are in the right place at the right time and for how our products are displayed in store. So we really are at the very heart of the business!

Trading is split into two main areas:

Food: which is divided into smaller teams including Frozen Food, Local Sourcing, Bakery and Fresh Food amongst others.

General Merchandise: which is also divided into teams looking after areas such as Music, DVD & Games, Papershop, Health & Beauty, Seasonal, Electronics, Home and Toys.
