Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for the effective analysis and use of management information (MI) across the business with a significant focus on supporting the management of Funding contracts including SFA contracts. • Provide ongoing IAG to directors and managers on changes to funding
• Work with the Information Manager and Partner Provider Manager to support all external audit processes in line with contractual requirements to ensure that the MI and data are compliant
• Support the quality improvement cycle by carrying out internal quality and compliance audits of all data and MI functions
• Liaise with external consultants to plan and prepare for mock audit and take an active role to make improvements post report
The successful candidate must have demonstrable analytical skills (statistical and numerical) and a proven track record of working to LSC / SFA contracts with an in-depth understanding of SFA funding. In addition the following skills are essential:
• Advanced excel user; including experience of creating tools
• High level use of IT; Microsoft Office, database management, SQL skills.
• Ability to work independently to a high level of quality and meet deadlines

Job Specification:
One of the UK's largest NVQ training providers are looking to grow their team of Childcare NVQ Assessors covering Greater London.This rewarding role will allow you to draw on your experience of the Childcare industry to provide professional assessment and support to learners in their workplaces, enabling them to realise their career potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Visiting learners in the workplace and assessing / tutoring them in their NVQ qualifications
- Maintaining documentation on learners and preparing portfolios
- Planning and implementing initial assessments and course reviews with learners
- Creating learner portfolios to agreed standards
- Working closely with Verifiers and Management
The ideal candidate must have a D32/D33 or A1 qualified assessor who has the ability to work with and support a range of learners and has experience of the Childcare industry. It is also essential that you are able to work independently, managing your own time and travelling within Greater london to visit different workplaces.
You will receive an excellent salary and benefits package, including:
- Basic starting salary of £19k - £22k depending on experience / Qualifications
- Bonuses
- 40 per mile when travelling on business
- Excellent company pension scheme
