This amazing opportunity would especially suit someone who loves generating new business on the phone and face-to-face, and is also looking to increase the amount of account management they do. Perfect for someone who likes winning new business but isn't so keen on dealing with candidates all the time.
Key roles and responsibilities
•Generating new business leads and making initial contact with them. Large companies (more than 30 placements a year through agencies) we meet face-to-face, the others we give an online demo to and sign up over the phone.
•Handling incoming enquiries. Generating leads through a range of marketing activities: email, sponsored e-newsletters, events, our own seminars, and press coverage. These generate warm leads that need to be converted.
•Attending events. Both the events we sponsor and the in-house events we run.
•Account management. Clients need to be managed regularly to increase the fees they set, and to increase the numbers of jobs they post on the site. Much of this is done through phone calls, the larger clients we aim to meet once a quarter.
Candidate Requirements:
•You must have 1 to 2 years proven track record of winning new business in B2B sales for the higher salary bracket you must have 2 year plus track record of recruitment sales.
•You should be out-going, confident, articulate and fun to work with. Management experience useful but not essential.

Job Description:
The role will be split between time spent in the office and out in the field. Initially a strong bias toward new business, self-generating appointments from own knowledge, exhibitions, trade shows, Internet, cold calling and networking events. Once an account has been converted your cross, upselling and networking skills will be paramount to increase the awareness of the Mr Site brand and drive additional sales.
Job Purpose
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities within multiple sectors across all markets including (but not limited to) Retail, Education, Business start-up organisations, Design agencies and Financial
• Sell innovative and comprehensive website building and e-commerce solutions to maximise customer revenues, growth and satisfaction
• Maintain and penetrate existing accounts to generate increased revenue
• Achievement of sales, quality and customer satisfaction targets
• Liaise and work directly with the technology team to ensure best delivery to the client
• Support the business strategy which includes expanding into global markets and growing revenue
• Create and conduct presentations which are to be delivered up to board level
• Liaise with and support the Marketing and Sales managers to ensure a joined up approach is maintained at all times
• Take direct as required from the CEO Knowledge\Skills\Experience (Minimum Requirements)
• A proven track record of sales to the small/medium sized enterprise market (SME)
• An excellent understanding and appreciation for social media, new technology and creative marketing, in particular Facebook, you tube, twitter, Wordpress etc
• Targeted business owners, marketing directors/managers and having the ability to quickly establish trust and credibility,
• Both the ability and track record to self-generate leads and gain appointments.
• Ideally you will have sold understanding of the domains and hosting industry however, we will also consider sales of other products which are technology related
• A strong awareness of search engine optimisation and the e-commerce business will be a distinct advantage.
Candidate Requirements:
•Ideally you'll have previous experience in with a hosting company, web design agency or consumer led Technology Company.
A description of the ideal candidate:
Candidate must be well-connected individual eager to make their name know in the industry by helping to drive business forward.
Must be extremely well motivated and have a passion for technology whilst retaining the common touch for less technically astute individuals.
They must be able to present and pitch up to board level and have the ability to negotiate and close large complex deals.
The successful candidate will also need to generate their own leads so ideally they’ll bring some of their own contacts as well as good networking skills.
Reporting directly into the CEO there will also be a high value placed on strong reporting and presentation skills.
In summary must be a highly experienced\qualified individual eager to get stuck into hosting\web design market and negotiate high level partnership deals.
