Develop your teams including Team Leaders/Managers Identify training needs, and ensure this training plan is developed to meet the needs of the business, including succession planning. Develop Self Managed Teams Develop a Continuous Improvement culture across the Bakery. OPERATIONAL EXPERTISE Variance reporting To plan and organise labour ( both Permanent and Agency ) efficiently, within a spreadsheet. Understand and have experience of a Fully Integrated Computerised Factory recording System. Have strong and effective people management skills, to be able to persuade/influence and take the workforce with you in decisions. Manage and control all Operational activities across the site and meet or exceed Production plans. Solid Production Management Experience, preferably in bakery products. OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED Must be adept with spreadsheets and excel. Manage specific projects as part of your role.( involving cross functional teams ) Some understanding of Commercial awareness Qualifications to a suitable level Numerically adept.
